Individual Data Deletion:

– Delete specific contacts, territories, or time entries

– Synchronization of deletions across devices

 

Complete Data Deletion:

Uninstalling the app removes all local data
– CloudKit data can be deleted through your device’s iCloud settings
– To completely remove cloud data: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > [App Name] > Delete Data
– Contact Apple Support if you need assistance with complete CloudKit data removal
 

7. Special Considerations for Outreach Work

a. Sensitive Information Handling

Contact Privacy:

– Information about individuals contacted during outreach is treated with highest confidentiality
– No sharing of contact information outside the app
– Secure storage and transmission of personal details

 

Interests and Personal Information:

– Notes about interests and personal conversations are encrypted

This app is designed for use by adults engaged in outreach work and is not intended for children under 13.
